This year 2021, to respect the sanitary restrictions, the Association francophone of Kamloops is organizing a very special sugar shack. The non-profit organization invites all members who have renewed their 2021 membership, to register online to collect a “Cabane à Sucre” (sugar shack) gourmet basket with maple products and traditional specialties.

There will be an outdoor sugar shack stand installed in front of the association building (348 Fortune Drive – North Shore) and the members who have registered will be invited to come by and collect their gourmet baskets. Each family will have a 15-minute window to come and pick-up the gourmet basket. All the sanitary rules including masks and social distancing will be strictly respected.

For this special event, the Association francophone of Kamloops has joined the Festival du Bois, organized by the Société Francophone de Maillardville in Coquitlam. This biggest french canadian event in Western Canada wich usually take place in Coquitlam will be presented online this year, from the 16th to the 30th of April.
